Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Grass fed ground beef 85/15
- 1 1/2 (deseeded) fresh jalapeƱos- diced * add more for spicier sliders
- 1 1/2 cup of cubed cheddar cheese ( make sure these cubes are very small) * you could sub shredded cheese I’m sure.
- 2 cloves of minced garlic ( can sub for pre minced 2 tbs)
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. I find mixing with your hands works best, then form smaller sized spheres. I personally don’t pat them down too much they shrink a bit on their own.
Bake for 20 mins.
I serve mine with all the classic burger toppings and then wrap it all up in a full piece of iceberg lettuce. Pair these with sweet potato fries for the perfect lunch or dinner! Enjoy!
