
If you are looking for a lowcarb dinner that your whole family will enjoy, look no further!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz Herbed Goat Cheese
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 3 TBS minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Peppercorn ( Ground)
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese ( divided in 2)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine goat cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese in a medium bowl and mix well!
- Lay chicken breasts flat in a large glass baking dish ( sprayed or oiled).
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese along with the mozzarella over top.
- Bake at 375 for 35ish minutes. ( cook to internal temp of 165 )
- Pair with your favorite veggies and a salad. Enjoy!
