This is HANDS DOWN the easiest recipe I have ever made, and it tastes amazing. PSA- It is not healthy so if thats what you’re here for today, look away!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5/3 LB Chuck Roast
- 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Packet ** BUTTERMILK ONE**
- 1 Au Jus Gravy Packet
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Steak Seasoning
- 8-10 Whole Pepperoncini Peppers
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Drizzle olive oil on a nonstick pan and heat to medium/high.
- Brown all sides of the chuck roast about one to two minuets on each side.
- Turn crock pot on Low.
- Add chuck roast to the crock pot.
- Crack salt, pepper, and steak seasoning one the chuck roast.
- Sprinkle the entire ranch AND au jus gravy packet one the chuck roast.
- Put the entire stick of butter on top of the chuck roast.
- Toss in the pepperconcini peppers.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Using two forks separate the meat.
We used the meat and peppercorcini peppers on top of a toasted bun with provolone cheese. This mixture would also be delicious over some mashed potatoes or alongside a roasted vegetable.
